Brinkburn Priory

The 12th century church of the Augustinian Priory of Brinkburn provided a perfect setting for the programme of songs performed by The Singers. It included music from the 16th century - Whyte's 'O praise God in his Holiest', through to the 20th century with James MacMillan's 'A child's Prayer' and 'My Lord, what a morning' by Burleigh.
Alison Rudd performed 2 baroque pieces on the organ.
North Wind played the 4 movements of the Danzi Quintet in G Minor, The Three Ravens and Bobby Shaftoe.
